It is a reflection of the current regional trends in the HR needs of industries based on multi-sectoral consultations and validation participated in by HRD managers of leading and emerging regional industries, educational institutions in the respective regions, and regional agencies of DOST, NSO, CHED, NEDA, TESDA, and DOLE.
